The "Suite & Simple" is a very intimate affair with a maximum of 2 witnesses and no guests. This package includes:

  • Bride & Groom guest room at Ho'oilo House for 3 nights
  • Ho'oilo House site use fee
  • Licensing appointment and payment for license
  • Hawaiian non-denominational Minister to officiate
  • On site coordinator
  • 2 Hawaiian leis
  • Hawaiian wedding certificate
* Sales and lodging tax applies to the room charge. Sales tax applies to all other charges.

The Fine Print:

- Room choice is based on availability at the time of booking. Additional nights can be added to your stay at a 20% discount off of our current rack rate, excluding packages.

- Site use fee includes use of the grounds and gazebo for your ceremony and pictures (if added). To limit the inconveniece to our other guests, interior photos are allowed solely at the owners discretion--a decision will be made the day of your ceremony.

- Our coordinator (Leah Robb of Island Wedding Memories) will assist with your licensing, minister selection, leis and Hawaiian wedding certificate. Leah's website has a full ala carte menu to assist in your planning. Any additions you make to your package will be charged a 15% coordinator fee and will be done directly with Leah.

- Prior to accepting your wedding at Ho'oilo House we will confirm that Leah (or her associate) is available for your chosen date. The "Suite & Simple" package is not available through any other wedding coordinator. If you have already selected a wedding coordinator please email us about room rates and site fees.

Reservation Policy:

To reserve your wedding date at Ho'oilo House, 50% of package price will be due at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due when you are within 30 days of arrival.

Weddings must be booked by calling us at 808-667-6669 or emailing Amy & Dan.

Cancellation Policies:

Room: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund of your room charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in a full or partial refund ONLY if we are able to re-book the same room for all or part of the same time period.

Site Fee: Full site fee of $500, plus tax is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Wedding Package Items: Deposit (as paid at time of booking) is non-refundable. If the wedding and/or parts are canceled within 30 days of the wedding date, half of your total will be refunded. If the wedding and/or parts are canceled within 14 days of the wedding date, there will be no refund.
